Volume 2, Number 3 Test Lab Metrics Industry metrics survey completed Several hundred of your colleagues responded to the Lab Management Metrics Working Group metrics survey. In particular, the new site makes background materials about test lab management and our knowledge base information much easier to locate. It also provides easy access to downloads, product backgrounders and information about existing TraxStar customers. Cross-industry survey results provide indicators about how metrics are used in a variety of test labs! Thank you for your participation! TraxStar will host a workshop Developing Industry Standard Test Lab Metrics at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers Monday August 8th from 11 am to 3 pm, lunch included. The goal of this Working Group is to develop industry-wide lab Metrics That Matter.
