TRAXSTAR DIVESTS STAFFING SOFTWARE DIVISION

TraxStar focuses on Manufacturing’s Test Lab Management

WALNUT CREEK, CA. (September 20, 2007) – TraxStar Technologies, LLC (“TraxStar”) announces today that it has divested its staffing software division to eEmpACT Software. The divestiture punctuates TraxStar’s continuing focus on Test Lab Management.
