Our users are the source of our inspiration and provide guidance.   2007 Metrics Survey The Test Lab Management Metrics Survey for 2007 has been downloaded, reviewed and discussed. Your comments and suggestions are meritable but we must turn them into actionable items. Your thoughts on how to make this happen are appreciated. The goal of the 2007 Metrics Survey is to foster a collaborative forum among colleagues in test environments. With more and more of your customers and managers asking for objective measurements, having ready access to meaningful lab metrics is at the top of many “to do” lists. TraxStar focuses on assisting labs to manage their lab environments as a business. Incorporating metrics into routine management activities is an important aspect of that effort.
